Apartment A is a spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment set within a new (2006) luxury private condominium.

The apartment is in a peaceful location, yet only a 5 minute walk into Olhos de Água, offering many shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The condominium provides a large swimming pool, tennis court, and communal garden areas.

The apartment comprises of the following:

  • Ground floor apartment 1 bedroom, with Air con, private garden and private parking space, swimming pool & lawn tennis court
  • Sleeps 4 (2 Single Beds and one double comfortable sofa bed)
  • Living Room: The lounge/dining room has a large sofa, TV and DVD/VCR player, Mini Hi-Fi and a dining table with 4 chairs. The 3 seater sofa converts to a comfortable double bed. This area is also air conditioned, and has patio doors leading to a private terrace
  • Bedroom: The Family sized bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes providing lots of storage; large mirror, air conditioning, and a patio door leading to the private terrace
  • Bathroom: Well appointed contemporary bathroom with bath, shower, large hand-basin with storage space underneath, WC and bidet. Fully tiled with electric socket for shaver. Large mirror above hand-basin
  • Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen-built-in oven/hob, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. A large selection of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, china and glasses. Iron, ironing board and airer
  • Outside: The kitchen, bedroom, and living room each have doors leading to the private terrace with a patio table & 4 chairs provided. The large communal swimming pool, gardens, and tennis court are all available for your enjoyment. There is also an underground private car park

Albufeiras’ “Old Town” with its whitewashed houses lining the narrow streets is 5 kms from the apartment. The Town Square has a generous array of cafes, street vendors, entertainers, late night boutiques, and excellent music bars.

The majority of attractions are within a 20 minute drive, including Slide & Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, Krazy World, and many more. Excursions can be booked on arrival.

  • 3 minutes drive from centre of Albufeira with numerous bars, nightclubs and restaurants
  • 7 minutes drive from Villamoura, Europe’s largest leisure resorts and super marina
  • 5 minutes walk from the famous Santa Eulalia beaches

    • Olhos de Água doesn’t have nightclubs, but many late bars and fine restaurants. For a livelier evening ”The Strip” in Albufeira is a 5 minute taxi ride, offering an excellent atmosphere of entertainment bars and nightclubs

Coast/Beach

There are several beaches within walking distance, Santa Eulalia beaches being the nearest approximately 5 minutes walk, Maria Luisa and Olhos de Água approximately 10 minutes walk. Each having a fish restaurant and bar, and during the peak periods various water sports are available. Praia da Falesia (5 minute drive) runs between Olhos de Água and Villamoura - this is a beautiful long beach back dropped by the red sandstone cliffs and is un-crowded even during summer period. Praia da Oura in Albufeira is within easy reach and offers a diving centre.

Travel

Faro Airport is approximately a 30 minute drive. The average flight time from the UK is 2–3 hours and Faro is now well served by the low-cost/charter airlines as well as British Airways and TAP Air Portugal. Airport Transfers & Car Hire can be arranged when booking the apartment.
